Bruce joined the Firm in June 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience after having spent five years as a Deputy Registrar of the Family Court of Australia. Whether it is a complex property dispute, parenting matter or simply formalising an agreed division of assets, Bruce brings to each matter and each client his personal integrity combined with over 25 years experience to find the most favourable outcome possible for his clients.
Known for his concise, thorough but understandable advice, Bruce is a passionate advocate for his clients’ success and finds innovative but real solutions in what can sometimes be highly emotional or complex circumstances. It is perhaps his background as a Deputy Registrar that equips and enables Bruce to recommend the most effective legal strategies in any family law situation.
Bruce is a member of Queensland Collaborative Law and is a founding member of a Collaborative Law practice group in this area to assist clients resolve their family law issues without going to court.
